Snapchat Stories are coming to the web

Snapchat will allow iOS and Android users to share stories with a link, allowing them to view the content online. This feature is currently limited to content from the «Discover and Our Stories» section, with plans to roll it out first in Austria and Canada before rolling it out elsewhere.

Clips in links will only work for 30 days for «Our Stories» content and 24 hours for videos that will play in the new video player on Snapchat.com. The new feature aims to revive the company’s declining fortunes since its final IPO valuation of nearly $24 billion last year. Expect the feature to roll out globally with the new app releases in the next few weeks.
